The teacher at Groene Hart Rijnwoude school stood in front of the class and started to remove her clothing, only to reveal a series of skintight suits showing muscular structure, internal organs and a skeleton. Heerkens stood on her desk and took off the clothes she came to work in, but underneath she had on a body suit that showed the entire muscle structure of a human. After the lesson on muscles was over, she peeled off that layer of clothing, revealing a suit with all the internal organs of a human body. Finally, she stood in front of the class in a body suit showing the structure of the human skeleton.
